UMA primarily serves the "misfit" Māori and Takatāpui community of young creatives (18-35 years) from poor backgrounds. This collective of young creative industry leaders, has joined forces to empower civic innovators, young leaders, and other misfit creatives with the skills to drive change through creativity.
